Junior Landscape Design Sales Associate (Entry-Level)

Our award-winning Landscape Division is growing, and we’re looking for a motivated Junior Landscape Design Sales Associate to join our team.

### Position Overview

This is an entry-level landscape design and sales role designed for individuals eager to launch their career in landscape design, horticulture, and client-focused sales. You’ll work closely with experienced designers and receive hands-on mentorship to develop the technical and sales skills needed to succeed in the industry.

### Key Responsibilities

• Shadow and support senior landscape designers through all phases of the design/sales process
• Assist with site consultations, client meetings, and project follow-ups
• Learn to develop base plans, landscape designs, takeoffs, and cost estimates
• Prepare presentation materials and proposals for clients
• Deliver a high-quality, professional customer experience
• Build foundational knowledge of plants, materials, and landscape design principles

### Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree in landscape design, Horticulture, Environmental Science, or related field preferred

OR

3–5 years of relevant experience in landscaping, nursery, or design support * Strong interest in landscape design, plant knowledge, and outdoor environments * Excellent communication and customer service skills * Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment * Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar) is a plus * Valid driver’s license preferred
