Responsibilities

• Perform assigned property service contract requirements with minimal supervision
• Ensure maintenance production standards are met or exceeded
• Promote a safe work environment and comply with company safety policies
• Use maintenance hand tools and equipment safely and effectively
• Complete necessary job paperwork during site visits
• Interact professionally with clients, account managers, and subcontractors
• Train others on the job as needed
• Perform start-up inspections and system shut-downs of irrigation systems
• Perform basic troubleshooting and on-site repairs
• Perform regular safety inspections on the vehicle
• Positively promote Yardnique Inc. image at all times
