is seeking two experienced Irrigation Assistant Managers / Irrigation Technician III professionals to join our growing team. This leadership-oriented position is responsible for the operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and installation of commercial and residential irrigation systems throughout our portfolio.

Working closely with the Director of Irrigation, Director of Construction, Director of Maintenance, and Account Managers, this position ensures irrigation systems operate efficiently while supporting installation projects, preventative maintenance, inventory management, and team supervision. Qualified candidates will possess strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Essential Qualifications

· Minimum of five (5) years of professional irrigation technician experience

· Working knowledge of irrigation system hydraulics and basic electrical troubleshooting

· Understanding of irrigation controllers, valves, pump stations, and water management systems

· Basic knowledge of agronomy and horticulture principles

· Experience operating light and medium-duty equipment

· Strong organizational, record-keeping, and computer skills

· Leadership and supervisory experience preferred

· Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Primary Responsibilities

· Assist the Irrigation Division Manager with daily scheduling, project coordination, inventory, and documentation.

· Perform irrigation system audits, evaluations, and water management assessments.

· Maintain detailed records for all pump stations, drives, and irrigation systems within the company portfolio.

· Evaluate the performance of pump stations and recommend preventative maintenance or repairs.
