Job Description

The Groundskeeper performs routine and preventative maintenance for the safety and cleanliness of the property's exterior. The position ensures a safe, quality resort experience that improves guest satisfaction.

Essential Functions

• Trash removal from all exterior receptacles.
• Collect all trash and debris from the grounds.
• Water all plants, trees, and shrubs on the property.
• Daily care of all plants, flowers, trees, and shrubs on property.
• Daily sand removal and grading.
• Daily exterior window washing.
• Daily washing of outdoor furniture.
• Respond promptly to elevator breakdowns.
• Respond to and resolve maintenance service requests in a courteous, efficient, safe manner.
• Practice safe work habits and comply with sanitary, safety, security, and emergency procedures.
• All guests must be treated in a manner to ensure their complete satisfaction. Always strive to exceed guests’ expectations.
• Performs other duties as directed.
• Weekly attendance at Aloha Culture Meeting.
