We're looking to add another great team member to our already amazing team at The Horizons at South Meadows in Reno, Nevada!

We are currently hiring a full-time Groundskeeper/Housekeeper to help keep our beautiful community looking its best while providing exceptional service to our residents.

Schedule

• Full-time (40 hours per week)
• Monday through Friday

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will take pride in maintaining a clean, welcoming community and will be responsible for:

• Maintaining outstanding curb appeal throughout the property
• Inspecting grounds and common areas regularly for maintenance concerns and reporting issues to management promptly
• Removing litter and debris from the property daily
• Sweeping and washing refuse areas following trash collection
• Sweeping and cleaning walkways, breezeways, and parking areas as needed
• Maintaining cleaning equipment and supplies in good working condition
• Cleaning the leasing office, clubhouse, restrooms, fitness center, model apartment, and other common areas daily
• Performing detailed cleaning of vacant apartments in preparation for new residents
• Providing excellent customer service while working as part of a collaborative team
• Demonstrating strong attention to detail and a positive, dependable work ethic

This position requires the ability to

• Bend, stoop, squat, kneel, and reach while performing cleaning and groundskeeping duties
• Climb stairs and ladders as needed
• Push and pull equipment and supplies
• Reach overhead to stock or retrieve materials
• Lift and carry cleaning supplies, blowers, ladders, and other equipment
