BLVD Residential is a growing multifamily property management company committed to creating exceptional communities for our residents. We are currently seeking a dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Groundskeeper/Porter to join our team in Reno, Nevada.

This position plays a key role in maintaining the overall cleanliness, curb appeal, and appearance of the community while supporting the property management team in providing an outstanding resident experience.

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the community, including common areas, amenities, leasing office, laundry facilities, and vacant apartment homes.
• Perform daily property walks to remove litter, debris, and other hazards.
• Clean and maintain trash enclosures and waste collection areas.
• Assist with light maintenance duties as assigned.
• Ensure community grounds are clean, attractive, and well-maintained at all times.
• Safely operate cleaning equipment and use cleaning products according to company policies and procedures.
• Report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, and property issues to management.
• Follow all company safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
• Provide excellent customer service when interacting with residents, guests, and team members.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years of groundskeeping, housekeeping, janitorial, porter, custodial, or related experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
• Ability to work independently and manage daily priorities effectively.
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable with a strong work ethic.
• Positive attitude and professional demeanor.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, vendors, and team members.
