Housekeeper / Groundskeeper

GrandViews Real Estate Management is a growing property management company located in Central Wisconsin managing properties in and around the Wausau area. We are seeking an individual who can:

• Perform basic cleaning tasks (such as sweeping, mopping, carpet cleaning, dusting, toilets and showers, deep kitchen cleans, etc.) in a timely and proficient manner
• Preserve the aesthetic and safety of outdoor spaces by performing basic grounds keeping tasks (i.e. picking up trash around the properties, gutter cleaning, weeding, lawn care, etc.)

Experience

Previous experience in housekeeping / groundskeeping is desired, but not required

Other Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License
• Located in or around the Wausau area with the ability to travel to surrounding areas (i.e. Merrill, Marshfield, Stevens Point, etc.)
• Ability to lift 40+ pounds

Benefits

• Pay - $22-$25 / hour (depending on experience and evaluation of skills)
• Flexible part-time schedule, with a general commitment of 30-40 hours per week
• Monday to Friday

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
