Hardscape Laborer Lead

Duties

• Assist with the preparation and layout of hardscape projects
• Operate power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently to cut, shape, and install materials like pavers, bricks, stone, and concrete.
• Mix and pour concrete for foundations, footings, or decorative elements, ensuring proper finishing techniques are applied.
• Set up forms for concrete pouring and perform finishing tasks such as smoothing surfaces and applying sealants or caulking.
• Handle heavy equipment operation when necessary for moving materials or preparing sites.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure project timelines are met while maintaining safety standards on-site.

Requiremets

• Valid Driver License
• Prior construction site experience with familiarity in hardscape or masonry projects.
• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Knowledge of concrete forming techniques and finishing methods.
• Experience with heavy equipment operation
• Strong work ethic with the ability to follow detailed instructions and work as part of a team.

Pay based upon experience

Pay: $23.01 - $27.72 per hour
