What We Offer

• $18–$28/hr based on experience
• P4P Profit Sharing: 10% of saved labor hours paid to crews that beat estimated man hours

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with hardscape, decorative concrete, drainage, landscaping, and snow removal.
• Operate equipment such as plate compactors, concrete buggies, dump trucks & trailers etc.
• Help install patios, retaining walls, water/fire features.
• Maintain clean and safe job sites.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift 80+ lbs regularly and work outdoors in varied weather.
• Reliable, punctual, and a positive team player.
• Prior landscaping experience a plus but not required — training provided.
• Takes feedback and uses it
• Shows up when it's hard, not just when it's easy

Schedule

* Full-time, typically Monday to Friday, 10-hour shifts.

Pay: $18.00 - $28.00 per hour
