In this role, you'll work on challenging projects that involve installing and finishing hardscape elements such as pavers, retaining walls, patios, and walkways. Your hands-on expertise will help bring creative landscape designs to life while ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

Compensation based on experience.

90 day probation upon hiring.

401k eligible after 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the installation of hardscape features including pavers, stonework, and retaining walls.
• Operate tools safely to cut, shape, and set materials accurately according to project plans.
• Site prep & cleanup
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, organized work environment and adhere to safety protocols at all times.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, & heavy equipment operation.
• Strong physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy materials and perform manual labor outdoors in various weather conditions.

*Willing to train the right candidate with minimal experience*

*Machine operating experience is a plus!

*Prior experience working on construction sites with knowledge of hardscape installation is a plus!

*Knowledge of materials like concrete, stone, brick, and pavers; experience with form building is a plus!

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
