Hardscape Installer (Brick & Stone)

We are seeking an experienced Hardscape Installer to join our landscape team. Our company has been in business 40+ years and continues to grow. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in craftsmanship and has hands-on experience with brick, stone, and concrete work. You will help build high-quality outdoor living spaces including patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other custom hardscape features.

Key Responsibilities

• Install hardscape features such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, fire pits, and driveways using brick, stone, and concrete, etc.
• Lay brick and block with precision, ensuring proper alignment, leveling, and structural integrity
• Read and interpret site plans and layout specifications
• Prepare job sites including grading, base preparation, and material staging
• Cut and shape materials and apply mortar, grout, and adhesives as needed
• Operate tools and equipment safely, including saws, compactors, and mixers
• Ensure work meets quality standards, timelines, and safety guidelines
• Collaborate with crew members and supervisors to complete projects efficiently

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recent experience in hardscaping, masonry, or landscape construction
• Strong experience with brick laying, pavers, and retaining wall systems
• Ability to read plans and work independently or as part of a team
• Physically able to lift materials and work outdoors in various conditions
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship

Preferred (Nice to Have)

• Experience operating skid steers or compact equipment
• Knowledge of drainage, grading, or outdoor design concepts
• Previous crew lead or foreman experience

Pay: From $21.00 per hour
