Job Title: Hardscape Working Foreman

Our company is seeking a skilled and experienced Hardscape Working Foreman to join our team. As a Hardscape Working Foreman, you will be responsible for leading a team of workers in the installation of hardscape features such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other outdoor living spaces.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of workers in the installation of hardscape features
• Ensure that all work is completed on time and to the highest quality standards
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members
• Manage project timelines and budgets
• Operate and maintain equipment and tools
• Ensure that all safety protocols are followed on job sites

Requirements: Requirements:

• Work unsupervised with a crew to meet project timelines
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in hardscaping
• Skilled Skid Steer, Excavator Operator
• Class A CDL Preferred but not Required, Company paid training available
• Proven leadership skills and experience managing a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project plans
• Knowledge of hardscape materials and installation techniques
• Ability to operate and maintain equipment and tools
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
