Groundskeeper

Coachman's Golf Resort is seeking a reliable and motivated Groundskeeper for our Edgerton, WI location. This position will help maintain the appearance and playability of the golf resort. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working outdoors and being part of a team that takes pride in maintaining a beautiful course.

What's the role?

Key responsibilities includes

• Maintain golf course grounds, greens, fairways, and landscaped areas
• Mow, trim, rake bunkers, and assist with general landscaping tasks
• Operate basic groundskeeping equipment safely and efficiently
• Assist with seasonal projects and course set-up as needed

What experience and skills do I need to be successful?

• Enjoys outdoor work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Previous golf course or landscaping experience is helpful, but not required
