+ Mow, edge, trim, and maintain lawns, turf, and landscaped areas throughout the resort. + Operate landscape equipment including commercial mowers, edgers, blowers, string trimmers, hedge trimmers, chain saws, chippers, tractors, utility vehicles, and other grounds maintenance equipment safely and efficiently. + Maintain flower beds, shrubs, trees, ornamental plants, and seasonal landscaping through pruning, trimming, weeding, mulching, and fertilizing. + Water, irrigate, and monitor the health of plants, flowers, trees, and turf. + Assist with installing and repairing irrigation systems, including sprinkler heads, valves, and drip irrigation. + Lay sod, reseed turf, and repair damaged lawn areas as needed. + Remove weeds, debris, leaves, litter, and other materials from landscaped areas, parking lots, sidewalks, and guest pathways. + Maintain sidewalks, driveways, parking lots, outdoor gathering spaces, planters, courtyards, and other exterior resort features. + Apply fertilizers, herbicides, pesticides, and other landscape treatments in accordance with company policies and safety regulations. + Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on landscaping equipment and report equipment needing service. + Assist with seasonal landscaping projects, special events, and outdoor venue preparation. + Monitor grounds for safety hazards, irrigation issues, damaged landscaping, or maintenance concerns and promptly report deficiencies. + Work collaboratively with Engineering,...
