Groundskeeper

Our AMAZING apartment community in Federal Way, Washington, is in need of a Groundskeeper/Porter, to join our Maintenance Team. The Groundskeeper is responsible for assigned grounds, common areas and some maintenance duties under the direct supervision of the Property Manager. This is a part-time position offering competitive pay!

#### MAJOR GOALS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Perform assigned grounds and maintenance tasks in an organized and timely manner

Police the grounds on a daily basis clean and maintain common areas

Pressure washing, exterior painting and maintenance of community common areas

#### Perform assigned landscaping duties

Participate in an ongoing improvement plan

Perform all duties in a manner that will result in the highest quality customer satisfaction
