This position is an onsite role and does not offer a hybrid or remote option

Summary

Maintains the grounds of assigned facilities.

• Install, repair, and troubleshoot irrigation sprinkler systems (heads, valves, controllers) across assigned properties
• Program and adjust irrigation schedules based on seasonal needs and site-specific requirements
• Perform irrigation start-up, winterization, and routine preventative maintenance
• Operate landscaping equipment safely while prioritizing tasks across multiple locations

Responsibilities

:

• Performs landscaping of grounds as scheduled and needed.
• Evaluates and reports conditions that detract from the safety or aesthetic value of the premises.
• Removes debris and provides remediation of hazardous conditions. Supports snow and ice removal as needed.
• Assists contractors/vendors with on-site events or maintenance.
• Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED.
• 1 year of related experience.
• Strongly preferred, Irrigation Sprinkler Experience
