### Job Description

East Tulsa Manufacturing company seeking an addition to their maintenance department. This person will perform minor maintenance tasks, groundskeeping tasks as well as cleaning and janitorial work for a large manufacturing company

The Facilities Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining all areas of our facilities, including both the grounds and buildings. Primary duties include routine trash removal, restroom cleaning, general janitorial tasks, and hands‑on facility maintenance. Maintenance responsibilities include routine building upkeep, minor repairs, responding to maintenance requests, inspecting facility conditions, and supporting the overall appearance and functionality of both indoor and outdoor spaces.

This role also operates material‑handling and facility‑care equipment, including the forklift and industrial floor sweeper, as part of daily cleaning and maintenance activities.

The position plays a key role in keeping the property clean, safe, and fully operational for staff and visitors
