Groundskeeper – Full-Time, Year-Round

Location: Forest Woods Apartments 101 Forest Parkway Valley Park, MO 63088Pay: $17–$18/hour (DOE) + bonuses

We’re hiring a reliable Groundskeeper to keep our community clean, safe, and looking great year-round. This is a full-time position with steady hours, no seasonal layoffs, and strong benefits. Key Responsibilities:* Keep breezeways and common areas clean with regular leaf blowing and debris removal * Complete daily trash pickup and maintain clean, accessible dumpster enclosures * Pick up dog waste and restock pet waste stations * Assist with apartment trash-outs as needed * Trim bushes and keep sidewalks and walkways clear * Assist the office team with resident notice delivery when needed * On-Call snow removal as needed
