Brief Duties and Responsibilities: This position encompasses both indoor and outdoor responsibilities focused on maintenance, cleaning, and the upkeep of grounds and facilities. The employee will execute daily maintenance tasks independently, while collaborating with colleagues on larger projects and special assignments as directed. Supervision is provided by the department Facilities Manager, who sets duties and schedules for this role. The Groundskeeper / Facilities Maintenance Technician ensures county grounds, buildings, and public spaces are maintained in a safe, clean, and attractive condition year-round.
