Groundskeeper

*Job Summary*

A north Kihei condo Association is seeking a dependable and hardworking Exterior Maintenance Technician/Groundskeeper to maintain the property’s exterior common areas, landscaped grounds, and facilities. The ideal candidate takes pride in keeping the property clean, safe, and well‑maintained.

*Duties & Responsibilities*

Mow, trim, edge, and maintain landscaped areas

Remove weeds, debris, and green waste

Perform pool cleaning and basic pool maintenance

Complete light maintenance tasks, including basic carpentry and painting

Pressure wash walkways and common areas

Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of buildings and grounds

Perform other exterior maintenance duties as assigned

*Qualifications*

Experience in groundskeeping, landscaping, or property maintenance preferred

Pool maintenance experience preferred

Pool Operator Certification helpful but not required

Valid driver’s license required

Ability to work independently and safely

*Requirements*

Must pass a pre‑employment drug screening

Must be able to lift and carry 50+ pounds

Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Ability to work one weekend day for approximately two hours

Pay: $26.50 - $27.50 per hour
