Pay

$16.00–$20.00 per hour (based on experience)

Erdman Automotive is seeking a dependable, hardworking Groundskeeper to help maintain the appearance of our dealership properties. If you enjoy working outdoors, take pride in keeping facilities clean and well-maintained, and can work safely in Florida's heat and weather conditions, we'd like to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Maintain dealership grounds, landscaping, and parking lots.
• Pick up trash and debris throughout the property.
• Sweep sidewalks, curbs, and entrances.
• Assist with lawn maintenance, trimming, edging, and weed control.
• Keep outdoor customer and employee areas clean and presentable.
• Pressure wash sidewalks and exterior areas as needed.
• Empty outdoor trash receptacles.
• Assist with light facility maintenance and special projects.
• Operate landscaping and maintenance equipment safely.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Ability to work outdoors for extended periods in Florida heat, humidity, and varying weather conditions.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical labor including bending, walking, standing, and lifting throughout the day.
• Reliable transportation and excellent attendance.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Previous groundskeeping, landscaping, or maintenance experience is preferred but not required.
