Kahuna Management is looking for a hardworking, dependable, and detail-oriented Groundskeeper & Apartment Turn Technician to help keep our community clean, safe, and move-in ready.

If you take pride in your work, enjoy staying active, and want to be part of a team that values excellence, we'd love to meet you!

What You'll Do:

• Keep the property clean and presentable
• Clean breezeways, stairwells, and common areas
• Pick up trash throughout the community
• Assist with apartment trash-outs
• Clean apartments to prepare for new residents
• Help with unit turns during the busy leasing season
• Report maintenance and safety concerns
• Support the maintenance and management teams as needed

What We're Looking For:

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Attention to detail
• Previous cleaning, groundskeeping, janitorial, or apartment experience is a plus, but not required
