Job Description

Maintains, repairs and operates heavy gasoline and diesel powered equipment, assists with landscaping and maintains the grounds, sidewalks, driveways and parking lots.

Principle Responsibilities

* Provides Timely and Professional grounds care. + Maintains all entrances of the facility. + Fertilizes and cuts grass and trims trees and shrubs. + Provide preventative maintenance. + Schedule and facilitate work order/preventative maintenance completion with hospital staff, vendors, and contractors. + Reports hazards and/or potential work hazards in our facilities in order to prevent injury to self, peers, patients and visitors. + Pickup all debris, paper cans etc. around the entire building and grounds. + May work with grounds vendors to ensure property is setup for each season. + May need to assist with sweeping and sidewalk upkeep. + May need to maintain and repair underg...
