Job Overview

DeConna Ice Cream is seeking a reliable Part-Time Grounds Maintenance worker to join our team for 2 to 3 days per week. This dual role combines outdoor property care with indoor warehouse support. The ideal candidate has a flexible schedule, strong attention to detail, and works well with a team.

Responsibilities

• Care for outdoor areas to keep the property clean and neat
• Clean company vehicles as required/necessary
• Safely use a forklift to move materials as needed
• Help empty containers in the warehouse
• Keep storage areas tidy and manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Work closely with team members and follow detailed instructions

Job Requirements

• Forklift skills: Proven ability to operate a forklift safely.
• Flexible schedule: Availability to work 2-3 days a week based on business needs.
• Detail-oriented: Strong attention to detail and sharp organizational skills.
• Team player: Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with others.
• Dual-environment fitness: Comfort working both outdoors and inside a warehouse.

DeConna is a drug free work environment, a drug test will be required. Also, a background and MVR check.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
