Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Cutter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in using both power and hand tools to perform various cutting tasks related to hardscape and landscape projects. This role requires mechanical knowledge and the ability to maintain equipment effectively. The Cutter will play a crucial role in ensuring that all materials are prepared accurately and efficiently for installation in gardens, landscapes, and other outdoor projects.

Responsibilities

• Operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively for cutting materials.
• Maintain equipment by performing regular inspections, cleaning, and necessary repairs.
• Execute cutting tasks for hardscape installations, ensuring precision and adherence to project specifications.
• Assist in landscape projects by preparing materials such as stones, pavers, and wood.
• Dig trenches or holes as required for planting or installation purposes.
• Participate in snow plowing activities during winter months to ensure safe access to properties.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining high-quality standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with power tools and hand tools relevant to cutting tasks.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Familiarity with hardscape and landscape practices is preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy materials and standing for extended periods.
• A strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
