Full Time Maintenance Mechanic/Groundskeeper

Seabrook School District is actively seeking a candidate for a Full -Time Maintenance Mechanic/Groundskeeper. The Maintenance Mechanic/Groundskeeper is responsible for maintaining school buildings, grounds, athletic facilities, and equipment in a safe, clean, and efficient condition. This position performs skilled maintenance and repair work on school facilities while also providing year-round groundskeeping services to ensure a safe and attractive learning environment for students, staff, and visitors.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Techinical training or experience in building maintenance, mechanical systems, groundskeeping, or a related field preferred
• Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentary, and landscaping practices
• Ability to safely operate maintenance equipment, power tools, tractors, mowers, and snow removal equipment
• Valid driver's license required
• Ability to obtain required certifications as determined by the district
