Full-Time Landscaping Labor Location: Tempe, Arizona Company: Jamie and Sons LLC Start Date: Immediately Pay: $17–$18 per hour (based on experience)

About the Role

Jamie and Sons LLC is seeking a motivated Landscaping Laborer to join our team. This role supports daily landscaping operations, including property maintenance, installation, and outdoor improvement projects.

Requirements

• Landscaping experience preferred, but not required
• Strong interest in landscaping design and maintenance
• Ability to work outdoors in harsh climates, including summer temperatures reaching 115°F
• Reliable, hardworking, and able to perform physically demanding tasks
• Must be able to follow instructions and work both independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Assist with landscape installation and maintenance
• Operate basic landscaping tools and equipment
• Perform tasks such as planting, trimming, raking, digging, and debris removal
• Maintain clean and safe work areas
• Support design-focused projects as needed
