Starting at $25/hour (Negotiable Based on Experience) 401(k) with Company Match

We are a growing landscape company seeking experienced Landscape Foremen and Landscape Installers specializing in both softscape and hardscape projects. If you take pride in quality work and enjoy working outdoors, we’d love to hear from you.

Job Responsibilities

Hardscape Work Includes

• Retaining wall installation
• Paver patios and walkways
• Edging and site preparation

Softscape Work Includes

• Mulching and bed preparation
• Seeding and planting
• Shrub and tree installation

Additional Skills (Preferred but Not Required)

• Outdoor lighting installation
• Irrigation system installation and maintenance

Landscape Foreman Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise crew members
• Read and execute landscape plans
• Ensure projects are completed efficiently and to high standards
• Communicate with clients and management
• Maintain job site safety

Qualifications

• Experience in landscaping (hardscape and/or softscape)
• Ability to operate landscaping equipment
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Valid driver’s license preferred
• Leadership experience required for Foreman position

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting pay at $25/hour, negotiable based on experience
• Full-time, year-round work

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.36 - $29.34 per hour
