Foreman, Landscape Hardscape

We are a growing Michigan landscape and outdoor living company seeking an experienced Hardscape Foreman to lead installation crews and deliver exceptional outdoor spaces for our clients. Responsibilities

• Lead and manage hardscape installation crews on residential and commercial projects.
• Coordinate daily jobsite activities to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
• Read and interpret landscape and hardscape plans, blueprints, and specifications.
• Install patios, walkways, retaining walls, steps, fire pits, outdoor kitchens, and other hardscape features.
• Operate skid steers, excavators, compactors, and other equipment safely.
• Train, mentor, and develop crew members.
• Maintain quality standards and ensure client expectations are exceeded.
• Communicate project progress and jobsite needs with management.
• Ensure all company safety policies and procedures are followed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hardscape installation experience.
• Previous crew leadership or foreman experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of paver, retaining wall, and outdoor living installations.
• Ability to read landscape and construction plans.
• Experience operating landscape construction equipment.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license required (CDL is a plus).
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
