855-RILAWNS is an aggressively growing, reputable company currently operating out of North Kingstown, RI. We provide mostly residential services to our clients throughout Rhode Island. We are searching for a full time Landscape Gardening Foreman to work from March 15 - Dec 15, performing services such as regular pruning, weeding, mulching, and other light landscaping.

This job is physical labor position and may require you to work hard at times and/or require you to work outside in all weather conditions including rain, cold, or heat.

Work Hours

M-Th, 7:15am to 6:30pm*

*During busy times of the year and depending on the weather, it may be necessary to work outside of these hours, including Saturdays.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Show up on time everyday prepared to work outdoors all day in any condition.
• Complete all assigned work when scheduled, within budget, and to customer's satisfaction.
• Complete assigned service concerns when scheduled.
• Communicate with, coordinate with, and manage assigned Landscape Laborer(s).
• Clock in/out assigned Landscape Laborer(s) daily & accurately.
• Attend weekly crew meetings.
• Keep trailer/equipment clean and organized.
• Put out door hangers when requested.
• Proactively notify mechanic/production manager of equipment needing repairs.
