Foreman & Crew Members - Commercial Landscape Construction

What You'll Do

* Install commercial landscape projects including: + Irrigation systems + Tree, shrubs, flowers, and sod + Drainage systems + Hardscape and landscape improvements * Operate and work around construction equipment and tools * Follow company safety policies and procedures * Maintain quality workmanship and productivity on job sites * work outdoors in varying weather conditions

Foreman Responsibilities

* Lead and supervise landscape construction crews * Coordinate daily job site activities and production goals * Train and mentor crew members * Communicate with Project Managers regarding project progress * Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to company standards

Crew Members Responsibilities

* Perform landscape construction tasks as directed by crew leadership * Assist with installations and site preparation * Operate tools and equipment safely * Support team productivity and project completion

Qualifications

* Previous landscape construction, irrigation, construction, or outdoor labor experience * Ability to perform physically demanding work and lifting up to 50 pounds * Reliable transportation and strong attendance * Valid driver's license (required for some positions) * Ability to work as part of a team * Leadership experience preferred for Foreman candidates
