Facilities and Grounds Maintenance

We are looking for someone to help us keep our office building, restrooms, storage units, apartment buildings and grounds in clean and orderly condition. You have the knowledge and ability to safely

• Maintain and repair electrical appliances and heating systems
• Perform routine plumbing, carpentry, and painting
• Identify or seek-out preventative maintenance for equipment
• Perform property inspections and prepare for new tenants
• Maintain lawns using gas powered mowers and trimmers
• Remove snow and ice using snow plows, shovels and other hand tools
• Use stools, ladders and lifting devices properly
• Operate and use janitorial equipment and supplies
• Use various cleaning, sanitizing and other chemical compounds
• Availability for after-hours and weekend work as needed for emergency maintenance and snow removal.
• Possess a valid WI driver’s license

We prefer you have

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work under minimal supervision,
• Prioritize responsibilities,
• Communicate effectively and maintain a positive attitude when speaking with management, fellow employees, tenants, and vendors

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $27.00 per hour
