We provide residential and commercial lawn care, landscaping, mowing, trimming, edging, cleanup work, and property maintenance.

Job Summary

We’re looking for a motivated, reliable Lawn Care Technician with lawn care or landscaping experience to join our team. You’ll work on residential and commercial properties using well-maintained equipment to keep lawns and outdoor spaces looking their best.

Key Responsibilities

* Operate and maintain lawn care equipment including push/riding mowers, blowers, edgers, trimmers, chainsaws, and fertilizing equipment

* Perform mowing, edging, trimming, blowing, and seasonal cleanups

* Keep work sites clean, safe, and professional

* Respect customer property, pets, and children

* Follow safety procedures and wear required PPE

* Perform basic equipment checks and report maintenance needs

* Maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude and be willing to learn new equipment and techniques

Qualifications

* Valid Texas driver’s license and reliable transportation to and from the shop

* Lawn care or landscaping experience required, minimum 1 year preferred

* Experience operating commercial lawn maintenance equipment preferred

* Comfortable working outdoors in Texas weather conditions

* Strong attention to detail and pride in work quality

* Reliable, on time, and able to manage your day efficiently

* Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work throughout the shift

* Good communication skills and ability to work well with a team
