Experienced Consulting Arborist

We are seeking a consultant that fits the personality of our company. This is not a high pressure sales environment, but you will be involved in sales work. The right candidate will be primarily focused on caring for existing customers and consulting with them on their tree care needs. An in depth knowledge of the tree care industry and ISA certification (or equivalent experience) are required for your success, along with a class B CDL or the ability to get one. The daily work involves surveying commercial and residential properties, handling proposal requests from clients, performing site inspections, identifying tree and plant health care needs and estimating costs for those services.

The right candidate would be responsible for developing and maintaining long-term relationships with our established customers as well as new customers. We are a small company with very high standards for customer service and work quality. We need a consulting Arborist who knows the tree care industry well, and can consult with new and existing clients on any tree and/or plant health care concerns. The right candidate will be able to estimate realistic time and cost for crews to perform tree removal, pruning, cabling, and all other tree care services, and consult with crew members on written work orders and job details.

In addition to these qualifications, we are looking for someone with a clean driving and drug record, a positive attitude, and strong communication skills.
