About the Role

As the Enhancement/Irrigation Team Manager, you’ll take charge of all enhancement and irrigation operations, from scheduling and project management to client collaboration and team leadership. Your role is fast-paced and hands-on, with a strong focus on organization, quality, and team empowerment.

What You’ll Do

• Lead Enhancement and Irrigation Projects: Oversee all aspects of landscape enhancement and irrigation services, managing materials, people, equipment, and subcontractors.
• Drive Operational Excellence: Schedule daily operations and ensure resources are allocated efficiently.
• Collaborate with Clients: Partner with Account Managers to design, estimate, and deliver enhancement and irrigation solutions, while meeting directly with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.
• Train and Develop the Team: Mentor and empower team members, providing training on equipment use, safety protocols, planting techniques, and quality standards.
• Sell Services: Identify opportunities to grow enhancement and irrigation services and close sales with new and existing clients.
