We are a landscape maintenance company in Tempe looking for Landscape Laborers with excellent driving records.

Crew Lead

: Landscape Maintenance start $20-$23/hr DOE.

Qualifications

* Minimum 5 years of landscape maintenance experience. * Proven leadership or crew lead experience. * Strong knowledge of mowing, trimming, pruning, and seasonal maintenance. * Ability to manage crew productivity and job quality. * Valid driver’s license and good driving record. * Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude.

Responsibilities

:* Lead and supervise a maintenance crew on daily routes. * Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards. * Communicate with management as needed. * Train and support crew members. * Operate and maintain landscape equipment.
