Pacific Outdoor Living is experiencing significant growth throughout Southern California, and we are seeking an exceptional Construction Trainer / Coach to develop our field leaders, strengthen our construction teams, and drive operational excellence across every project. This is a true leadership development role. The Construction Trainer / Coach is responsible for building high-performing construction teams by coaching Project Managers, Foremen, and field crews in leadership, production systems, quality standards, accountability, and execution. You will spend significant time in the field mentoring team members, improving jobsite performance, reinforcing company systems, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

The ideal candidate is a highly respected construction leader who believes great projects are built by developing great people. You have the ability to teach, coach, motivate, and hold teams accountable while creating a culture where people want to improve, win together, and take pride in their work.
