Commercial Lawn Care Foreman

Compensation: Salary positionSchedule: 4 days a week (10-hour days), weather dependent | Start Time: 6:30 AM sharpResponsibilities:** * Crew Leadership: Lead and manage a 2 to 3-man crew to ensure daily efficiency. * Prep & Loading: Oversee morning shop prep, ensuring all trucks and equipment are fully loaded and secure. * Site Management: Ensure all commercial properties are completed on time and meet quality standards. * Equipment Operation: Operate zero-turn and stand-on mowers alongside the crew.Requirements: * 4–5 years of commercial property maintenance experience. * Proven leadership or supervisory experience. * Strong reliability and punctuality for the 6:30 AM start.

Pay: Up to $1,000.00 per week
