What You'll Be Doing

You will serve as a key contributor in both the pre-construction and project execution phases. Specifically, you will:

• Prepare accurate estimates — Review plans, specifications, scopes of work, and bid documents to develop competitive proposals.
• Complete takeoffs & pricing — Quantify labor, materials, equipment, subcontractors, and project costs using estimating software.
• Manage the bidding process — Submit proposals on time, follow up with clients, and help secure awarded work.
• Support project execution — Assist with project setup, scheduling, coordination, billing, and change orders.
• Collaborate with internal teams — Work closely with operations, field staff, vendors, subcontractors, and leadership to ensure project success.
• Drive profitability — Monitor project costs, budgets, billing, and overall financial performance.

Who We're Looking For
