Commercial Landscape Business Development Manager

Were looking for a Business Development Manager who is both a hunter and a relationship builder. Someone who loves being out in the field, meeting people, opening doors, and turning conversations into lasting partnerships. This role is 100% new business, with a focus on HOAs, retail centers, and industrial properties.

What Youll Do

* Build and manage a pipeline of new commercial maintenance opportunities * Target HOAs, retail centers, industrial parks, and property management groups * Prospect, network, and develop relationships with decisionmakers * Conduct site walks and collaborate with our estimating and operations teams * Prepare proposals and present solutions that reflect our quality and values * Represent our company at community events, trade groups, and industry associations * Help shape the future of our commercial division as we continue to grow What You Bring

* Experience in landscaping, construction, facilities, or B2B service sales * A hunter mentality with the warmth and professionalism to build trust * Confidence walking properties and discussing scopes of work * Strong communication skills and a genuine, peoplefirst approach * Selfmotivation and comfort working in a small, closeknit team * A desire to grow with a company that values loyalty, integrity, and relationships What We Offer
