Job Summary

As an Area Manager, you will oversee daily operations across multiple accounts in your assigned territory. You will ensure exceptional service delivery, client satisfaction, crew development, and operational excellence. This role is key to driving crew productivity, workplace safety, and client retention. Qualifications Education * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Landscape Architecture, or Horticulture preferred * Equivalent work experience considered

Experience * Minimum 5 years in a related role * Commercial property management and HOA Boards experience a plus

Licenses & Certifications * Valid driver’s license * Commercial Pesticide Applicators License, or ability to obtain within 1 year * Certified Landscape Technician (CLT), or ability to obtain within 1 year

Skills & Competencies * Strong leadership and team-building abilities * Excellent relationship-building and client communication skills * Proficiency with commercial landscape equipment and irrigation systems * Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multi-tasking abilities * Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred * Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
