If so, the Department of Parks and Recreation, Prince George’s County is where you want to be! We’re looking to fill a Campus Maintenance Superintendent role at our newly opened Largo HQ campus. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing, implementing, and maintaining building management systems for two office class buildings and a park housed within a large and highly publicly visible complex. You’ll perform preventative maintenance and repairs in the area(s) of your proficiency, conduct inspection and/or assessment of building systems and grounds of the HQ campus, and respond to repair calls for all building systems.
