The Building & Grounds Maintenance Technician plays a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, functionality, and appearance of KanPak’s buildings and surrounding grounds. This role involves skilled and semi-skilled maintenance work across multiple trades, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and groundskeeping.

You’ll work with a high level of independence while coordinating closely with Engineering and Capital Project leadership to support food safety, regulatory compliance, and facility reliability.What You’ll Do ------------------

### Main Functions:

* Perform routine and preventive maintenance on buildings, roofs, siding, walls, flooring, and exterior surfaces * Complete interior and exterior painting projects as needed * Repair and patch flooring to maintain safe walking surfaces * Remove snow and apply salt to roadways, walkways, and access points * Perform minor electrical repairs, including: + Wall switches and outlets + Light fixtures, bulbs, ballasts...
