Job Summary

The Branch Manager is responsible for the overall success and day-to-day operations of the branch business unit.

This position is responsible for the financial success of the business unit and will participate in the development and management of annual operational budgets, strategic sales plans, customer Relationship Management and Labor Management and Efficiency.

The Branch Manager should lead and empower his/her team to operate at their highest level to achieve all Branch success metrics including:

Safety Quality Productivity Growth and Profitability

This position reports to the Regional Vice President and works closely with all departments of business to guarantee successful operations.
