Job Summary

Oversee and manage field labor for landscape construction projects. The Crew Leader will be responsible for leading a team of crew members and technicians, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality. Crew Leaders directly report to Project Supervisor or Construction Project Managers.

Duties/Responsibilities

Maintain high standards of job site safety, cleanliness, and organization Supervise and lead a crew of 2–6 team members on landscape construction projects Interpret blueprints, site plans, and construction drawings to guide installation activities Ensure proper installation of hardscape (pavers, retaining walls, patios), softscape (trees, shrubs, sod), irrigation systems, drainage, and other landscape elements Coordinate daily tasks, assign responsibilities, and monitor progress to meet deadlines and specifications Operate and maintain construction equipment (e.g., skid steers, compactors, saws, trenchers) Communicate effectively with Construction Project Managers, Project Supervisors and Subcontractors to ensure smooth execution and field coordination Train and mentor crew members to promote skill development and team performance Requirements:
