* ### Working Hours

As we all know our outdoor industry is seasonal, however, County Tree Service Inc offers many services, has many repeat customers, and keeps our staff of over 30 busy all year long. Usual working hours are 7:00AM to 6:00PM, 40-55 hours per week depending on work load. Overtime is paid and very common during our busy months. * ### Pay Period

Employees are paid weekly and the pay period goes from Sunday to Saturday. * ### Performance Reviews

Employees are evaluated 3 months after they are hired, and continuously once each year on their hire date. * ### Paid Vacation, Holiday

Qualifying employees have both paid vacation and holiday. County Tree Service Inc observes 6 Holidays throughout the year – Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas day, New Years Day, Memorial Day, & Independence Day * ### New Employee Orientation
