Arborist Apprentice

Big Iron Tree Works is a professional tree care company looking to hire a motivated individual to expand our crew. The ideal candidate has a positive attitude, passion for the outdoors, and the ability to work well in a team setting. No prior experience necessary to apply as we would prefer to train someone from the ground up. Job duties will include but are not limited to: practicing safe work procedures, moving material by hand, perform basic maintenance, working at heights, pruning & removing trees, setup and run rigging, heavy machinery operation and progressing their skills over time.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to perform the physical requirements of the job.
• Valid Drivers license
• Must be 18+

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience running machinery
• Mechanically inclined
• Works well in teams
