Administrative Landscaping Coordinator

We are a family-owned irrigation and landscaping company proudly serving the DFW area, specializing in installing new irrigation and landscaping packages for new home builders. As our company continues to grow, we are excited to add a new member to our team! We are looking for a bilingual (Spanish/English) Administrative Landscaping Coordinator to join our office. Bilingual is required due to regular communication with spanish-speaking team members, customers, crews, vendors and partners.This is a dynamic position for someone who is organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable using computers and technology. What you'll do

- Install Completions: Data entry of completed installations and completing open tasks in our database daily in FileMaker Pro (database).

- Sod Completions: Follow up, receiving and saving sod installations reports and photos from all previous day installations to Dropbox.
