Job Overview

This role is responsible for planning, scheduling and auditing vegetation management work within assigned programs to ensure projects are completed safely, effectively within the required specifications and on time. This is a field role primarily working outdoors, requiring the use of a company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field assessments and develop trimming/removal plans
• Collaborate with utility stakeholders on work prioritization
• Update and maintain GIS/work management systems
• Conduct post-work audits
• Track discrepancies and noncompliance trends
• Interface and monitor crews
• Responsible for or participate in interruption investigations

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 1–7 years of relevant experience in vegetation management, vegetation planning, or utility field work
• ISA Certification required for mid- to senior-level roles
• TRAQ certification preferred for all roles
• ISA Certification preferred for entry-level or junior roles (Must be eligible for certification within 1-2 years)
