*Joshua Tree Experts*, *Cranberry Twp.'s* premier tree care, lawn care, and pest control professionals, is actively searching for an experienced Tree Care Crew Leader to head up our local production team.

The Role

: As a Crew Leader with Joshua Tree Experts, you will direct and work alongside a tight-knit, 2 to 4-person crew. You will oversee and execute complex tree removals, precision pruning, and general tree preservation techniques. You are the captain of the operation-responsible for ensuring safe job site execution, mentoring your team, managing equipment logistics, and serving as the primary point of contact for clients on the property.

What a Crew Leader Does (Responsibilities)

• Lead and execute safe tree care operations from start to finish, ensuring strict adherence to ANSI standards.
• Direct daily workflows and delegate tasks to Climbers and Ground Operations Specialists safely and efficiently.
• Train, mentor, and motivate your crew to maintain high performance, technical skill development, and morale.
• Safely operate aerial lifts, drive company vehicles, and oversee the daily maintenance of all assigned trucks, chippers, gear, and climbing equipment.
• Act as the face of the company on-site: provide excellent customer service, represent the JTE brand, and ensure your crew maintains a professional image.
• Champion our safety-first culture every single day, conducting regular safety briefings and hazard assessments.
• Be available to work a reliable, full-time schedule of at least 40 hours per week.

What a Crew Leader Must Have (Requirements)
